Among them, the high-altitude safety rope is a kind of protective equipment for workers working at heights to prevent falling injuries. It has the advantages of high strength, wear resistance, durability, mildew resistance, acid and alkali resistance, simplicity and lightness.


How to install high-altitude safety ropes. Secure the safety rope first. Before using the safety rope, carefully check the safety rope to ensure the safety of the safety rope. Each person should use two ropes, a work rope and a safety rope. Choose the specific location to fix the safety rope according to the construction needs. For example, tie the safety rope to the cement pile on the roof. Make sure it is firm. The second is the connection method of the safety rope. The work rope is connected to the seat plate by a shackle. After construction is completed, equipment used for high-altitude operations must be properly taken care of and stored in a cool, dry place without exposure to the sun for next use.


Safety rope is a protective device to prevent workers working at heights from falling. Because the greater the height of the fall, the greater the impact force received. Therefore, the safety rope must meet the following two basic conditions: It must be strong enough to withstand the impact force when the human body falls. It can prevent the human body from falling to a certain limit that can cause injury (that is, it should be able to pick up the human body before this limit and stop falling). What needs to be further explained about this condition is that when a human body falls downward from a height, if it exceeds a certain limit, even if the person is caught with a rope, the impact force will be too great, which will cause damage to the human body's internal organs and lead to death. For this reason, the length of the rope cannot be too long and must have a certain limit.


When storing high-altitude safety ropes, you must pay attention. Store the ropes in a dry and ventilated warehouse. They should be cleaned frequently. They should not be exposed to open flames or acids. Do not collide with sharp objects or expose them to sunlight. If the high-altitude safety rope is found to be damaged or deteriorated, report it immediately and stop using it to ensure safe operation.
